Several years ago, my husband, Mike, heard the comedian referenced in the article linked below (Why Emotionally Intelligent Minds Embrace the 3-Question Rule) and shared the comedian's advice with me and a group of friends over dinner. We all chuckled and agreed that it was brilliant marital advice. Recently, when I read this author's take on the same advice, I was reminded of the wisdom behind this smart approach to any kind of personal or business communication - stop and ask yourself these three questions before you say anything.
 
I wanted to share this with you, so check it out and let me know your thoughts. Maybe some of you already employ this technique?

Mike Watson Joins AmTrust Title Insurance as Texas Agency Manager

AmTrust Title Insurance Company announced that Mike Watson has joined the firm as Texas Agency Manager. In this new role, Watson will be responsible for the servicing and growth of AmTrust’s Texas agency partner network.
 
Prior to joining AmTrust Title, Watson spent over 20 years at another national title insurance
underwriter, most recently serving as Vice President and Sr. Agency Services Manager for the Texas Gulf Coast Division and Louisiana.

Service Title Company in Lubbock Celebrating 70th Anniversary

Service Title has been part of the Lubbock area’s growth since 1951, when it was founded by Fred Timberlake Sr. and continues through the legacy of son Fred H. “Tex” Timberlake, Jr.
Fred Timberlake, Sr. was President of the Texas Land Title Association 1953-54.  
 

41-Year Title Insurance Veteran Shari Foster Retires

Shari Foster, CTIP, NTP, retired from her role as Vice President and Director of Education and Training for the Southwest Agency Region of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., on May 4, 2021. Shari began her title career in 1980 while attending Lockhart High School cutting microfilm and doing take off in Caldwell County at Countywide Abstract and Title. Working her way up the ranks to Escrow Officer, Shari went on to open and manage offices for 1st Security Title Company and Fidelity National Title in San Marcos.
