Notary Seal Update: Proposed Rule § 87.4 in Texas Register

According to the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Secretary of State has published proposed rules relating to notaries in the Texas Register.

Proposed Rule § 87.4 deals specifically with the notary seal/identifying number issue.
