TDI Makes Changes to Licensing Forms - Read Guide

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) recently made changes to some of the title licensing forms to help with ease of completion.  We recommend you review these changes as well as TDI’s guidance for how to complete them properly to avoid unnecessary delays in the licensing process. TLTA has put together this guide to help walk you through the changes to each form.

The updated forms can be found here.

It is important to note that only current forms are valid for use, so to ensure you have the most up-to-date forms at all times, TDI advises you save this shortcut to your desktop.

If you have questions, you can contact the licensing division at [email protected]
