Compliance Notice: Look for TDI email inviting title agents to voluntarily test their reporting systems for statistical data due May 1
TLTA | Feb. 12, 2026
You should have received an email from TDI with instructions for testing the system with which agents will report their 2025 statistical data. TDI's email includes a link through which you can test your ability to use their reporting form. Testing is voluntary, but TLTA encourages agents to test their ability to complete the form to ensure agents are able to submit their statistical data by the May 1 deadline.
TDI has adopted new rules regarding the schedule for collecting 2025 agent statistical data. The instructions and form will be posted in a couple weeks on March 1. Reports are due by May 1.

Early voting for March primaries started this week
TLTA | Feb. 12, 2026
Most elections in Texas are decided during the primaries, when turnout is lower and the most engaged voters shape who advances to the general election. Early voting for the primary election started this Tuesday, Feb. 17. Please make your plan to vote and encourage your network to do the same.
