Statistical Plan Changes Effective Jan. 1

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has revised the Texas Title Insurance Statistical Plan, and the changes will be in effect as of Jan. 1, 2025. 
These revisions include updates to stat codes for items adopted by TDI on Nov. 1, 2024. To review the Nov. 1 changes and learn more about the rulemaking process click here.

The Texas Department of Insurance will have limited hours of availability during the upcoming holidays:

  • Tuesday, December 31 – closed at noon
  • Wednesday, January 1 – closed
