TDI to Issue 2024 Statistical Data Calls Beginning this Week

At a meeting with TDI staff on Monday, March 10, TLTA was provided a schedule for 2024 data collection. We wanted to let you know as soon as possible so that you can be prepared to complete and return the report by the deadline. The agent data call will be issued this Friday, March 14, with a due date of April 8, 2025, the underwriter data call will be issued Friday, March 28, 2025 with a due date of April 22, 2025.

Here’s the Schedule for Agent and Underwriters:

Agent Data

  • Call issued 3/14/25
  • Data due 4/8/25
  • Data published 8/18/25

Underwriter Data

  • Call issued 3/28/25
  • Data due 4/22/25
  • Data published 8/18/25

TDI also informed us that the 2023 data will be published on Monday, April 14th. We appreciate the Department’s efforts to gather current data that is crucial for accurate ratemaking.
