TLTA's Leadership Academy is designed to identify and develop young professionals in the title industry. The topics presented during the program will help participants grow the skills necessary to be a leader within their company, the industry and TLTA. Participants will also have the opportunity to establish a community and network within the association.

Who should apply? A typical applicant is 45 or younger OR has spent six years or fewer in the title industry.
The application deadline is Sept. 3, 2021. Space is limited to 65 participants, and applicants will know if they've been accepted no later than Sept. 10, 2021.
