course, the participant will be expected to be familiar with the interpretation
of the term Ethics as it relates to the duties and obligations of a Texas
Escrow Officer. Items identified and
discussed include a general and basic understanding of ethics, legal
responsibilities, and common situations and practices used in the course of
closing a real estate transaction.
Methods to evaluate risk and alternative solutions to these ethical
dilemmas will be role played during the presentation to provide the escrow
professional a perspective that can be realistic to common requests received
daily by parties in a real estate transaction.
